About Meditation
Meditation by definition is the act of contemplating or to ponder or consider thoughtfully.  Somehow or another it seems that quite a
number of people seem to think that the act of meditating is somehow linked to medieval torture practices or something of the like.  Okay,
so maybe that's a bit overstated but I do find that there are many people out there who do not practice meditation because they have
linked it to having a set of rules on how meditation is conducted.  

I am going to give you your first lesson in meditation right now.  Take all the things you think about meditation ie. postures, room
ambiance, candle positioning, and anything else that you may think you need for meditation.  In fact, write them down and when you've
finished........crumble up the paper and throw it away.  Ahhh.....now you're ready to start.  You have just completed the very first and most
important step to meditation (or any healing process for that matter), the act of throwing the rules out the window.  Congratulations!  You
are now ready to proceed.
Types of Meditation I Offer
I offer classes/sessions in meditation to meet the needs of everyone.  Whether you consider yourself a beginner or a seasoned veteran
there is something here for everyone.  Please keep in mind that you may want to visit this page often as I am always adding something new.  

The meditations I offer that utilize vibrational tools (tibetan bowl, drum, etc...) are performed live not via a recording as I like you to feel the
full effect of the vibration and besides, I think you deserve the real thing.

Currently I am offering:                                

  •       Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation - Achieve the state of meditation via the vibrations of the Tibetan Bowl.  If you think you can't meditate,
                                                               this on'es for you!     
  •      Drinking from the River of Wellness - You will be led through a guided meditation (to either the tibetan bowl or drum) where you    
                                                               will achieve a state of relaxation and align with your higher source of wellness.  You will channel this energy into water
                                                               creating an antidote for whatever dis-ease you wish to change in your life.  After the meditation we will share in our
                                                               experience while "drinking from the river of wellness."
                                                                        
  •      Meditating to the Sound of the Drum - Relax as you are guided in meditation to the healing beat of the drum.  I get many reports at the
                                                               end these meditations of healing energy being felt through the heart center.  Do not be surprised if you are
                                                               whisked away into the sound of the drum experiencing the magic of realms beyond this earth plane.
  •      Tibetan Singing Bowl Class (learning to use the bowl yourself) - The tibetan bowl has been a powerful tool both in my personal
                                            development as well as aiding those who wish to achieve a deep state of meditation.  In this class you will learn the
                                                              science of sympathetic resonance and how this effects you on all levels as well as a brief history of the bowls.
                                                              You may bring your own bowl or purchase one at the class.  The class fee does not include the cost of the bowl.                   
                                                              Whether you learn for yourself or to aid in leading meditations this class will prove to be rewarding for years to come.
  •      Drumming Meditation Class (learning to use the drum as a vibrational tool) - In this class you will learn the art of drumming for
                                            the purpose of achieving a level of meditation either for yourself or to lead others.  Learn how this vibrational tool has been
                                                              used in various cultures as a tool for enlightenment.  You will learn how you are affected by the vibration through the
                                                              science of sympathetic resonance.  It is my hope that each week a different student will lead a meditation using just
                                                              the drum and their intuition.

All meditations are offered on an individual or group basis.  Please register in advance as classes tend to fill depending on location.
